Mall Directory

Every store in your mall, one scan away.

Shoppers scan a QR code at the entrance, lift lobby or atrium and instantly find the store, brand or product they came for, and where it is in the mall.

The problem

Static directory boards go out of date

Static directory boards go out of date the day a store changes. Shoppers can't search them for a product, only a store name. And you have no idea what visitors were looking for or whether they found it.

How it works

How Mall Directory works

  1. Scan

The shopper scans a QR code placed anywhere in the mall. It opens in the phone browser, with no app to download.

  2. Search or browse

They search by store, brand or product, or browse by category, such as Fashion, then Footwear, then Sports shoes.

  3. Find it

Each store shows its logo, description, location in the mall and contact details, so the shopper can walk straight there or call ahead.

What you get

Mall Directory features

Search by product, not just store name

Each store is tagged with the products it sells, organised by category and sub-category. A shopper searching "sunglasses" sees every store that sells them.

Rich store profiles

Logo, description, location in the mall, phone, website and social links for every tenant.

Always up to date

Add, edit or hide a store from the admin panel and the change is live straight away.

Your mall's branding

The directory shows your mall's name and logo.

Visitor insight

See how many people scanned, what they searched for and which stores they tapped on. Export the results to Excel.

Dashboard and reports

Track directory use over time and spot demand for products the mall doesn't yet offer.

Who uses it

Who uses Mall Directory

  • Shoppers and visitors use the directory to find stores.
  • Mall marketing and leasing teams use the search and click data to understand demand and show tenants the footfall they get.
